After seeing three different versions of the Toyota FT-86 Concept, it seems that we will actually see a production model very soon. Toyota is claiming that the production WILL debut at the 2011 Tokyo Motor Show this December.

The FT-86 will be sold as a Toyota in Europe and Japan only, while those of us in North America will the car rebadged as the Scion FR-S. A Subaru-developed 2.0-liter Boxer four-cylinder engine will produce about 260 horsepower. Subaru will also release their own version called the BRZ. Pricing should start just under $30,000.
